We want you to rock your KISS gear with pride, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
